what century are we in again?

Colleague who does all of our student registration for overseas programs (mostly -as far as I can tell- just to stress him out and to give him something else to lord over the rest of us poor useless souls) is allergic to technology. Insists I bring him hard copy of my student list rather than the pdf I wanted to email him.

Heaven forbid anyone invent any technology that is supposed to save us all time and energy.
