bones
So my new fun thing in the 102's is I put a little symbol of a bone (hand-drawn - oh so quaint!) sometimes which means I'm throwing them a bone of partial credit on a potentially dorky answer. Most people thought it was pretty funny. A few gave but wry chuckles. I, of course, think it's hilarious, which is really all that counts.

buh-hahaha I love it.
Throwing a bone. hilarious. Don't they understand how hard it is to get a chuckle out of them?
I know! I think it's a riot, like OK I'll give you the credit but I reserve the right to point out the putziness of your answer all the same :) I'm going to start it earlier in the semester in the fall (only with the 102's the 101's are way too sensitive) - maybe more people will find it fun, anything's possible -- and if not then I still get to enjoy it, which is really all that's essential.
